The plan
For a pool that is sound but tired: a stained interior, loose tile and a cracked deck. The shell, the plumbing and the equipment are inspected before pricing, so the owners know what needs work and what can stay.
The build
The pool is drained and the old finish removed, then new tile, coping and a pebble interior go in. The deck is rebuilt with brick pavers, deck jets are added and the enclosure is rescreened.
The result
A pool that looks new again, with a deck that frames the lake view and an enclosure that keeps leaves and bugs out.
