The plan
A pool sized for the yard and for the way it will be used: a spa that spills into the pool, a seating area around an outdoor fireplace and lighting that makes the backyard usable after sunset.
The build
Excavation, steel and shell, plumbing to the equipment pad, tile and coping, then the deck and the interior finish. Every stage is permitted and inspected.
The result
A backyard that works day and night, with the fireplace, the spa and the pool lit from the same controls.
From the plan to the finish
Stage by stage
1. Excavation 2. Pool and spa 3. Finished at dusk 4. Outdoor living
