Which areas does Zeta Construction Group serve?
We build across Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee and Sarasota counties, on Tampa Bay and Florida’s West Coast. Our office is in Holiday, Pasco County.
My city is not listed. Can you still help?
Probably. Send us the ZIP code of the property in the quote form and we will tell you right away whether we can take the project.
Do permits work the same everywhere?
No. Depending on where the property is, the permit goes through the county or the city, and coastal, flood-zone and HOA rules change from one place to another. We prepare the documents each one requires and schedule the inspections.
Do you build on the barrier islands and the beaches?
Yes, including the Pinellas beaches, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key. Beachfront properties can need a state coastal permit on top of the local one, and most island lots are in flood zones, so we plan for both from the first drawing.
