Why Zeta Construction

What you get with Zeta Construction

  1. 1

    Renovate, repair or upgrade

One call covers a full renovation, a single room, structural or water-damage repairs and code upgrades. You don't need a different contractor for each problem.

  2. 2

    We look before we price

We inspect structure, roof, plumbing and electrical before we write the estimate, so hidden problems are found on paper and not in the middle of the job.

  3. 3

    A protected, clean job site

Dust control, protected floors, daily cleanup and a plan for living at home during the work whenever the scope allows it.

  4. 4

    Upgrades that pay back

Impact windows, a new roof, insulation and efficient HVAC make the home stronger and cheaper to run, and some can help lower insurance premiums.

Remodeling, repairs and upgrades in Tampa Bay & Florida’s West Coast

Many homes on Florida’s West Coast were built decades ago, before today’s wind codes, energy standards and the way families live now. A whole-home remodel is the chance to fix what is aging, open up the layout and bring the house up to current standards in one well-planned project.

Start with what you can’t see

Before we price a remodel we look at the structure, the roof, the plumbing and the electrical. Old galvanized pipes, undersized panels, roof decking at the end of its life or hidden water damage change the scope, and it is better to know before demolition than after. The estimate separates what is required from what is optional, so you choose with the full picture.

One builder for every trade

Kitchens and baths involve plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, tile, drywall and paint, often in the same week. Zeta Construction schedules and supervises every trade, pulls the permits and passes the inspections. You have one contact, one schedule and one invoice.

Repairs done right

Not every project is a renovation. If something is broken, leaking or damaged, we repair it and fix the cause, from a cracked stucco wall to water-damaged framing. And if your project includes the backyard, we also renovate and repair pools.

FAQ

Whole-Home Remodeling: questions we hear

Another question? Call (813) 610-9805

Can we live in the house during the remodel?

Often, yes. We plan the work in phases, keep a working kitchen or bath when possible and close off the work area. For whole-home projects that affect the kitchen, the baths and the systems at the same time, moving out for part of the job is usually faster and safer, and we tell you that before we start.

Do you do repairs, or only full renovations?

Both. We repair and upgrade any part of a home, from a damaged wall, a leaking window or a failing roof to a complete renovation. Small or large, the work is planned, permitted when required and done to code.

Do I need a permit for my remodel?

Most remodels that touch structure, roofing, windows, electrical, plumbing or mechanical systems need a permit in every county we serve, from Pinellas to Manatee and Sarasota. We prepare and pull the permits and schedule the inspections.

What does a whole-home remodel cost?

It depends on the size of the home, the scope and the finishes. After a walkthrough we prepare an itemized estimate so you can decide what to do now and what can wait.

Can you repair storm or water damage?

Yes. We repair structure, roofing, stucco, drywall, flooring and cabinetry after storms or leaks, and fix the cause so it does not come back. We can document the damage and give you a detailed repair estimate for your insurance claim; we do not act as a public adjuster.

How long does a remodel take?

A single bathroom can take a few weeks; a full home renovation takes several months. You receive a written schedule with the estimate.
